All rates are in US Dollars per
night. Full payment is required 60 days in advance of
arrival.
Minimum
Stay Requirements
A 4 night minimum stay is required for the Penthouse Unit.
Deposits & Cancellations
At the time of booking a 50% deposit to the owner is required to confirm reservation rates. There
is a $200 cancellation fee for notice up to 2 months prior to
arrival, additional fees if less than 2 months notice. There is also
a $500 refundable security deposit.
Any departure prior to the pre-scheduled
departure date will result in a penalty for the full stay. Additional
restrictions may apply throughout the year. Policies and rates are subject
to change.
Taxes
Hawaii State Lodging taxes of 11.42% are not included. All taxes are subject to change.
Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 2:00pm.
Check-out is at 11:00am. Arrangements for late check out can be made
with the owner.
